Meet Andrea Caldwell

Community Leader. Social Impact Strategist. Advocate for Change.

šŸ‘©šŸ½ā€šŸ’¼ Andrea Caldwell

šŸ“ 15-Year East Point Resident | šŸ˜ļø Savannah Walk Community, Ward D

I’m Andrea Caldwell, a dedicated member of the East Point community for over 15 years. Although I was born in Louisiana and raised in Stone Mountain, East Point is home. After earning my degree in Information Technology from šŸŽ“ Tennessee State University, I built my life here—forming lasting relationships, deepening community connections, and embracing a strong commitment to service.

šŸ’” Not a Politician—Just a Neighbor

I work in the tech industryĀ where I solve complex problems through innovation, collaboration, and results-driven leadership. These same values guide my approach to serving East Point—with integrity, šŸ¤ compassion, and a deep belief in community.

🌟 Community Involvement & Service

I am deeply involved in community service and engagement. I proudly serve as a board member on the East Point Cultural Enrichment Board, where I help support and promote local arts and culture. I also volunteer with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, working to fight food insecurity and support families in need. Additionally, I am a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an alumna of the Tennessee State University Alumni Association, and an active member of Cascade United Methodist Church, where I continue to build strong connections through faith and service.

šŸ—³ļø Why I’m Running

I’m running—not as a politician, but as your neighbor—driven by a deep love for this community and a commitment to turning challenges into meaningful, lasting progress. After living in East Point for 15 years, I’ve seen the strengths that make this city special, as well as the areas where we need to grow. I believe that real change begins at the local level, with people who are deeply connected to their neighborhoods and genuinely invested in the well-being of their neighbors.

My decision to run is rooted in service, not ambition. I want to bring a fresh, community-centered approach to leadership—one that listens first, acts with integrity, and focuses on practical solutions. From cleaner streets and safer neighborhoods to increased access to resources and greater support for families, I believe together we can build a stronger, more inclusive East Point.

This campaign is about all of us—our shared values, our hopes for the future, and our commitment to making East Point a place where everyone can thrive.
