Meet Andrea Caldwell

Community Leader. Social Impact Strategist. Advocate for Change.

15-Year East Point Resident | Savannah Walk Community, Ward D

I’m Andrea Caldwell, a 15-year resident of East Point and proud member of the Savannah Walk Community in Ward D.  After graduating from Tennessee State University with a degree in Information Technology, I built my life here, forming friendships, deepening my community ties, and growing my commitment to service.

I work in the tech industry, where I solve complex problems and lead with innovation, collaboration, and results. These same values shape how I show up for East Point: with integrity, compassion, and a deep belief in community.

I currently serve on the East Point Cultural Enrichment Board and volunteer with the Atlanta Community Food Bank. I’m also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Tennessee State University Alumni Association, and Cascade United Methodist Church. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, volunteering in the community, reading self-growth books, and learning new things, lately, that’s meant getting my hands dirty in the garden.

Community Involvement & Service

Why I’m Running

I’m running, not as a politician, but as your neighbor, driven by a deep love for East Point and a belief that real change starts with those closest to the community. I’ve seen what makes this city special, and I’ve also seen where we need to grow.

This campaign is rooted in service. I’m here to listen, lead with integrity, and push for practical solutions, cleaner streets, safer neighborhoods, stronger support for families, and better access to everyday resources.

This isn’t just about one person. It’s about all of us—our shared values, our vision for the future, and our commitment to building a more connected, inclusive East Point.
