15-Year East Point Resident | Tech Industry Leader | Community Advocate
Hello! I’m Andrea Caldwell, a proud 15-year resident of East Point and an active member of the Savannah Walk Community in Ward D. While I was born in Louisiana and raised in Stone Mountain, East Point is the place I call home.
After graduating from Tennessee State University with a degree in Information Technology, I chose to build my life here—forming lifelong friendships, strengthening community ties, and deepening my commitment to public service.
I work in the tech industry, where I tackle complex challenges and lead with innovation, collaboration, and results. These same principles guide how I show up for East Point—with integrity, compassion, and a strong belief in the power of community.
I proudly serve on the East Point Cultural Enrichment Board and volunteer with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, contributing my time and energy to causes that strengthen our community. In addition to my volunteer work, I am an active member of several organizations that reflect my values and commitment to service, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Tennessee State University Alumni Association, and Cascade United Methodist Church.
I’m committed to leadership that brings people into the
process, delivers cleaner streets and stronger programs, and leaves behind a legacy of
connection, progress, and pride.
